The Sims Team, located In the heart of historic Winder, is led by Jennifer Sims who has over 35 years’ experience in mortgage lending. Jennifer and her team are big fans of the “work hard, play hard” mantra and as long time members of the WBBOR, they are known for participating in many of the events throughout the years. Founded locally in Gainesville in 2002, Homestar Financial Corporation is a household name in the Southeast offering a wide array of loan programs from Conventional to Down Payment Assistance. The team is particularly passionate about first time home buyers and close over 500 loans a year to deserving new homeowners.
