Maura Neill Maura Neill (ABR, AHWD, CRS, e-PRO, MRP, PSA, MA) is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura taught at Florida State University and University of Phoenix. She is an active agent with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She considers education – both of clients and of other real estate professionals – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Maura is a national real estate presenter and a sought-after speaker for leadership training. In 2021, she was a member of the NAR Leadership Team, serving as President Charlie Oppler’s Public and Federal Issues Liaison, and policy, RPAC, and advocacy are a strong focus in her business and work as a REALTOR® volunteer; she is involved on the national, state, and local levels. Fair Housing CE: Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing

This program equips real estate professionals with strategies to counter stereotypical thinking, ensuring fair service to all clients. Participants assess their perceptions of diverse groups, uncover unconscious biases, and develop skills for engaging effectively with all clientele. "Bias Override" promotes equitable practices, helping realtors navigate fair housing challenges more adeptly. This course satisfies the NAR Fair Housing requirement; 3-4 hours Instructor: Maura Neill

Candidates that receive support from RPAC are not selected based on their political party or ideology, but solely on their support of real estate issues. Our legislative allies are members of the REALTOR® Party. The REALTOR® Party supports the issues that are important to your business as a REALTOR®, regardless of political party affiliation. RPAC uses its financial resources to support candidates for office who both understand and support REALTOR® issues. RPAC looks to build the future by putting dollars in places that will help advance the interests of real estate professionals. A strong, active PAC will assure that REALTORS® have a place at the table and not be on the menu. RPAC is insurance for our industry.
