ACE Properties Realty is a local Brokerage ran by Broker Angela Eavenson who was born and raised in Barrow County.  I couldn't wait to get out of this small town growing up but now I am very grateful I stayed to see the growth in my county and to be part of it by helping people with their dreams of being a homeowner!

I worked for the Barrow County Board of Commissioners for 10 years, before pursuing my Real Estate Career in 2005.  I sat in New Home Subdivisions until the market crashed in 07'-08'.  Then I mastered resales, short sales and foreclosures.  In 2013, when the market came back, four of us that worked New Construction together before went out on our own.  This is where I learned from the best, that had been in the business for years prior to me, and for that I'm grateful.  I got my Associate Broker's License in 2018 and now opening my own firm in 2023!

I'm widowed with a teenager still at home.  I've never had children of my own but have raised plenty and continue to do so.  They are my pride and joy!  I also care for my elderly father whom I'm lucky enough to have living beside me who is my best friend!  We live in Statham now and it still has that small town feel I've grown to love!
