This course provides real estate agents with working knowledge of the geographical farming process. Topics covered include defining a geographical farm area, types of marketing outreach, integrated marketing plans and strategies appropriate for attracting sellers and buyers using Remine. At the end of this class, you will be able to: Define and isolate a geographic farm area on a map using Remine Search property record data using Remine, add valuation in property detail record and print the property details report using Remine Develop an integrated marketing plan utilizing mail advertising, promotions, social media networking and website content Create the strategies appropriate for attracting sellers through proper outreach and buyers through appropriate open house and renter's campaigns Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given.

What is RPAC?RPAC’s mission is to identify candidates for elected office on the local, state and national levels who will work with REALTORS® to promote and protect the American Dream of homeownership. Candidates that receive support from RPAC are not selected based on their political party or ideology, but solely on their support of real estate issues. Our legislative allies are members of the REALTOR® Party. The REALTOR® Party supports the issues that are important to your business as a REALTOR®, regardless of political party affiliation. RPAC uses its financial resources to support candidates for office who both understand and support REALTOR® issues. RPAC looks to build the future by putting dollars in places that will help advance the interests of real estate professionals. A strong, active PAC will assure that REALTORS® have a place at the table and not be on the menu. RPAC is insurance for our industry.
