Virtual CE Class: 2023 Contracts Update

This course explains the changes to create the 2023 GAR contracts package, which are the most widely used real estate contracts in Georgia. With an emphasis on protection of the REALTOR® by protecting the public, the class is interactive, informative, and challenging.

Instructor: Nakia Brooks

Having been in real estate since 2006, Nakia Brooks has sold hundreds of homes. Specializing in listings, REO’s and short sales, he has prevented foreclosures for many homeowners. He has sat on short sale panels both locally and nationally; teaching is a passion of Nakia’s. He began teaching at the police academy in 2003 and has continued his passion in Real Estate. He has taught hundreds of classes during his tenure. He teaches both CE as well as Post License courses on a regular basis. Nakia teaches as much as anyone will let him including the Board of REALTOR® level. Nakia has sat on the Board of Directors at the I-85 North Board of REALTORS® and currently sitting on the Board of Directors for NAMAR for 2019-2021. Nakia is a graduate of the 2019 Georgia Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. In addition, he is a member of several REALTOR ® committees as well. Nakia lives in Braselton, Georgia with his wife Elizabeth. He has four children and in his free time, loves to kayak fish.
