This course is designed to educate real estate agents on everything they need to know about selling a Hud-owned property.  We will cover in this course how to register with HUD, setting up an agent selling account, how the bidding process works for owner occupants v. investors, special HUD programs like “Good Neighbor Next Door,” and FHA 203K, earnest money requirement, the electronic bidding process & contract esigning, escrow repairs, what are the different bidding periods, who is responsible for the utility activation, contract extension and so much more.

We have included a demonstration of submitting an online bid and how to set up an agent account.  There are online tools that will be shared in this course for agents to use as a resource.
