By earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute Designation (GRI), you will lead the pack with real-world knowledge about new technologies, laws, and marketing techniques that positively affect your bottom line. Click here to learn more about the GRI designation. Do I have to keep renewing my designation? Once you earn your GRI designation, there is no renewal fee — a unique benefit compared to other designations. Applicants pay a one-time $25 application fee, and the designation is retained as long as you remain a member in good standing.
