He oversees GAR’s legislative affairs, issue advocacy, campaign services, RPAC contributions, and also serves as a lobbyist. He is a previous member of NAR’s Government Affairs Director Advisory Group. Brad is a graduate of the University of West Georgia where he received both a Bachelors in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration. Brad is currently the University of West Georgia’s Alumni Board of Directors Chair. He is a 2018 Zell Miller Foundation Leadership Institute graduate, and a two-time recipient of the “Rising Star” award from James magazine’s Top Lobbyist Issue.

Grace Monroe 315 N Madison Ave, Monroe, GA, United StatesSpeaker: Peyton Jenkins, Local Advocacy Outreach Manager (North) Peyton Jenkins is serving as the Local Advocacy Outreach Manager (North) for Georgia REALTORS®. Within GAR, she fulfills a multifaceted role overseeing RPAC fundraising, issue mobilization, and community-focused efforts and programs for the North Georgia local boards. Prior to joining GAR, Peyton gained valuable experience in contract lobbying in Washington, D.C. for Miller Strategies, as the senior congressional intern for Congressman Drew Ferguson, and as a student worker for UGA’s School of Public and International Affairs. Peyton holds a BA in Journalism and International Affairs, with a certificate in Public Affairs Communications from the University of Georgia. She also is a current member of Y Ambassadors, which advances the Y’s philanthropic mission and Y volunteer leaders of the future. She also is in the Leadership Dawgs, which is a leadership development program that teaches personal and professional leadership through the University of Georgia. Outside of her professional endeavors, Peyton enjoys life in Midtown Atlanta with her Golden Retriever, Bowie.
