    Habitat for Humanity WBBOR Volunteer Day
    Barrow Habitat for Humanity Store 568 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA

    Barrow Habitat Store sells Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware furnishings to finance the homes they build.  They ask for volunteers to help unbox and unpackage the furnishing.  Walton Barrow Board of REALTORS community service committee has established that every 3rd Monday of the month between 9am - 12pm our members will help at the store.  Come for as long as you can stay. Heavy lifting is NOT required. The store is across the street from 568 Jefferson Hwy, Winder Ga. There are usually "Habitat for Humanity" flags at the driveway entrance.

    We are excited to once again participate in Walton/Gwinnett Habitat for Humanity's Community Impact Day! Together, we aim to make a meaningful difference in our community under this year’s inspiring theme: “Invest in Health, Protect Your Wealth.”  We're excited to bring a dynamic event filled with valuable resources and engaging activities designed to empower Walton County residents through your unique contributions, including: Health and Wellness Activities: Residents will enjoy a variety of health screenings for FREE, interactive wellness workshops, nutrition education, and more, brought to you by local health organizations. Senior Support Resources: Residents will gain practical advice on avoiding scams and explore additional services tailored for our senior community. We are fortunate to have 3 attorneys share their expertise in the Free Estate Planning Seminar.  Residents will gain expert insights from attorneys specializing in living wills, powers of attorney, and other crucial legal documents. Our goal is to educate, inspire, and equip our community with the tools to take charge of their wealth and wellness. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and grow!
