REALTOR® – Code of Ethics The course is 3.0 hours in length to suffice for the Georgia Real Estate Commission requirement of three hours Continuing Education Credit. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. During this course of instruction, the students will be educated on the history of the National Association of REALTORS®, the articles of the Code of Ethics, and the enforcement should a REALTOR® violate the Code of Ethics. Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will examine the history of bias in real estate, learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds.
