The Circle of Excellence is WBBOR's highest production honor — awarded each year to members who demonstrate exceptional achievement in real estate sales. Honorees are celebrated at the annual Circle of Excellence Brunch.

Each year, WBBOR recognizes members who have achieved outstanding production levels during the prior calendar year. The Circle of Excellence honors real estate closed between January 1st and December 31st of the qualifying year.
To be eligible, you must be a Georgia Real Estate Commission licensee and a REALTOR® member in good standing with WBBOR — and you may not be enrolled in another board's achievement awards program for the same year.
Applications must be submitted on the official WBBOR form (minimum 12pt font) and accompanied by a signed Excel spreadsheet of your closed transactions on the Board-approved form signed by your Broker, along with your application fee. Incomplete or incorrect applications may be disqualified.

$1,000,000 in closed volume for the qualifying year
Team Minimum
$2,000,000 in closed volume — all team members must be WBBOR members

Awards are active for the calendar year immediately following the qualifying year
Membership Categories
Classes of Membership
The Circle of Excellence recognizes achievement at multiple levels, from first-time honorees to members who have sustained excellence across decades. Each class carries its own recognition and privileges.
Year 1 -Active Member
Awarded to members who qualify for the first time or return to qualifying after a gap. Recognition is active for the calendar year following the qualifying year.
3 of 5 Years - Life Member
Earned by members who qualify for any three years within a five-year period, or three consecutive years. Life members may use the COE seal for life as long as they hold REALTOR® membership.
Life + Active Year - Active Life Member
A member who has achieved Life status and also qualifies in the current year. Recognized for sustained, ongoing excellence.
10 Years Total - Phoenix Club Member
A milestone honor for members who have achieved Circle of Excellence recognition for a total of ten qualifying years. Receives the distinctive hand-blown Phoenix Club award.
10+ Years + Active - Active Phoenix Club Member
A Phoenix Club member who also qualifies in the current year — recognizing both long-term achievement and continued production.
20 Years Total - Crystal Phoenix Club Member
The pinnacle of Circle of Excellence recognition — awarded to members who have qualified for a total of twenty years. Receives the Crystal Phoenix Club vase.
20+ Years + Active - Active Crystal Phoenix Club Member
A Crystal Phoenix Club member actively qualifying in the current year — representing a career of sustained, exceptional production.
Special Recognition Categories
Beyond membership tiers, the Circle of Excellence also spotlights top performers in specific categories. These honors recognize leaders in resale, new construction, commercial, and high-volume production.
Top 5 Individual Sales Agents
The five highest-volume individual agents (resale) for the qualifying year — no licensed assistants working on their behalf during the year.
Top Sales Teams
Recognizes the highest-producing teams in two size categories:
- Top 3 Small Teams (3 or fewer licensed agents)
- Top 3 Large Teams (4 or more licensed agents)
New Construction
For agents or teams whose qualifying year business was 75% or more new construction sales:
- Top 3 New Construction Individual
- Top 3 New Construction Team
Commercial
For agents or teams whose qualifying year business was 75% or more commercial sales:
- Top 3 Commercial Individual
- Top 3 Commercial Team
